Our Founder
I founded SL Consulting in 2025 to put my skills to work where they matter most - helping charities, community groups, social enterprises and other organisations secure the funding they need to make a difference.
After more than 20 years in bid writing and fundraising strategy - and many years in the public sector designing tenders, evaluation frameworks, and assessing applications - I’ve seen first-hand how funding decisions are made. I now use that insight to craft persuasive narratives that align closely with funders’ priorities, giving bids the best possible chance of success.
SL Consulting is part of a wider portfolio of creative ventures, reflecting my belief that strategy and creativity go hand in hand. This mix of skills brings fresh ideas, clear thinking, and a strong sense of storytelling to every project.
